“Making sure every customer in our salons has a great customer experience starts with me making sure I deliver a great experience to my team.
Then, it’s all about delivering that great experience to our customers. To do that, I focus on training. I’m a big proponent of having the stylists take training classes over and over again.”

When they can deliver a quality haircut efficiently, it affects their performance, and they can see the proof in their performance and their paycheck. That helps them see the connection between delivering a great experience and the customer’s satisfaction.”
